There's a new cake at Le Salon de Thé!!

As I was meeting up with Lady Dyson 2000 to drop some goodies, she was kind enough to treat me to lunch at LSDT. I had firmly resolved to pass on dessert in order to save space for dinner and guess what ?? *poof* a new cake materialised in the window! It screamed "PISTACHIO!! EAT ME!! EAT ME!!" at me, so I had to have it... scrumptious! Fragrant pistachio cream, comforting chocolate mousse, and an inner layer of sour cherries jelly on a thin génoise biscuit - I wish Mondays were always like this ...
